  • Create rules for PO boxes, US military addresses, countries, states or provinces, cities, postal areas, and custom address text.
  • Each policy contains one restriction. You choose where it applies and the message customers see.
  • The app checks your rules; it does not verify that an address exists, correct addresses, calculate shipping rates, or guarantee carrier delivery. It does not edit existing orders.
  1. Identify a delivery restriction your store needs.
  2. Create and enable a policy in the app. No theme edit, app embed, or separate login is needed.
  3. Test a matching address and an accepted address through checkout.
