• Each policy contains one restriction, a destination scope and your customer message. Free supports one store-wide policy. Pro adds product, variant, and collection selections, exceptions, translations, a one-product simulator and CSV transfer. Up to 2 different collections are shared across enabled policies and exceptions. Collections follow current variant membership; no manual refresh is needed. Shared configuration limits apply.
• This is a rules engine, not an address-verification service. It does not verify that an address exists, correct addresses, calculate shipping rates, guarantee carrier delivery or edit existing orders.
1. Identify the delivery restriction your store needs.
2. Create and enable a policy. No theme edit, app embed or separate login is needed. Existing shops should review legacy selectors before activating the new checkout version.
3. Confirm a successful save, then test a blocked address and an accepted address by submitting a test checkout.
