Free includes one store-wide policy; Pro adds more policies and advanced controls.

HBN Studio

  • Free supports one policy across all products, with PO box, US military, destination, postal, or custom address text rules and a custom customer message.
  • Pro supports up to 20 policies, product targeting, exceptions, message translations, Simulator, and CSV import/export. A 7-day free trial is available.
  • Disabled policies still count toward your plan limit. Free and Pro keep separate policy sets.
  1. Open the app to check your current plan and policies.
  2. Use Upgrade to Pro if you need the advanced controls.
  3. When scheduling a downgrade, follow any Free fallback prompt and check which store-wide policy will remain active.
