Which features are available on the Free plan?

Free includes one store-wide policy; Pro adds more policies and advanced controls.

  • • Free supports one store-wide policy with any address restriction type: PO boxes, US military addresses, destinations, postal areas or custom address text. Destination controls and a custom customer message are included.

    • Pro supports up to 20 policies, product, variant and collection selections, product/address exceptions, your own message translations, a one-product simulator and CSV transfer. Up to 2 different collections are shared across enabled policies and exceptions. A 7-day trial is available. Shared configuration limits apply.

    • Disabled policies count toward your plan limit. Free and Pro keep separate policy archives. In the new checkout version, store-wide blocks use an all-items notice rather than listing individual product names.

    1. Open the app to check your current plan and policies.
    2. Use Upgrade to Pro if you need the Pro controls.
    3. When scheduling a downgrade, follow the Free fallback prompt and check which store-wide policy will remain active.
